Reservation conditions for the rural cottage

At arrival when the keys are handed over if the guest has rented the whole cottage.

  1. Prices for just accommodation with no meals included.

  2. VAT included.

  3. Families, groups and children:

    • Children under 2 free.

    • We have cradles available.

  4. High season are weekends, long weekends, Christmas and August. Special season is Easter and New Year’s Eve. The rest of the year is low season.

  5. Prices include: Welcome basket with products for breakfast, electricity costs, gas-oil (heating) and water, bed linen and towels, cradle, firewood, ticket for the local swimming pool; maps and information about the surrounding area.

    • The cottage shall be cleaned once the clients have left, except in cases of longer stays exceeding four days, where it shall be cleaned once half-way through the stay. However you can ask for this service as an extra.

  6. Smoking in the bedrooms is not allowed due to the risk it entails and taking into consideration the rest of non-smoking guests. The library, courtyard and terraces are more appropriate places to smoke.

  7. Reservation: When the client confirms his/her booking, he/she shall have a term of 24 hours to pay 30% of the total amount of the stay into the account given. After this term has elapsed if the said amount hasn’t been paid into the account and the reason for this delay has not been notified, the reservation shall be considered void.

  8. Payment: The whole amount for the stay shall be paid:

    • At arrival when the keys are handed over if the guest has rented the whole cottage.

    • If the guest has booked separate rooms, either at arrival or at departure.​

  9. Cancellations: According to the decree 19/97 of the Regional Government of Valencia, dated on February 11th, the company shall keep a percentage of the deposit that shall depend on the date of the cancellation. It shall keep:

    • 10 % of the deposit paid in advance in those cases where the cancellation is done 30 days prior to arrival.

    • 50 % if the cancellation is made within the period of 30 and 7 days prior to arrival.

    • 100 % if it is cancelled with 7 or less days notice

  10. Time from which the accommodation shall be available for you on the arrival date: 2 pm Time limit for the accommodation to be left on the departure date: 12.00 am

    • Therefore the contracted services shall start at 2 pm on the contracted day and finish at 12 am of the day following the last contracted day. Nevertheless, we can agree on other schedules.
